Now that we’ve covered all of his Skills and traits, let’s talk about how you can best use the Flagellant in your own runs. That’s a lot to take in, but the differences can be summarized as follows: Wanderer is the balanced, vanilla path Maniac shifts focus from inflicting Blight to inflicting other debuffs like Blind and Weak Exanimate boosts the power of your skills when your health is low and Scourge doubles down on moving damage and debuffs from the rest of your party onto you. Target: Deals 50% of remaining Blight on Target as DMG, and removes Blight unless Target has a Combo Token Target: Deals 75% of remaining Blight on Target as DMG, and removes Blight Requires Target Blight and Requires Self HP <50% Requires Self has Negative Token or Requires Self HP <50% Target: Steal Bleed, Blight, and Burn, Steal Horror Requires Target Bleed, Blight, or Burn, or Requires Target Horror Self: When Damaged: Pain (1 Turn), Taunt x2 If HP <50%: +2 Blight Dealt, +30% Blight RES Piercing when target has a Combo Token Self: Horror 1, Remove Bleed, Blight, and Burn Self: Heal 10%, Crit, Dodge, Remove all Negative Tokens, Remove Combo Token On the other hand, she is relatively less resistant against Blight and Burn.+30% Blight RES Piercing when target has a Combo Token Not only do many of her skills apply, but she also has a permanent buff that boosts her damage against bleeding targets. A number of her skills will cause her to move backwards through the Gravestones, and when she is in the back ranks she will use Trample, a devastating ability that shuffles, bleeds, and applies stress to the entire party. She spawns with two indestructible, untargetable Gravestones. Death has a 6% chance to appear at the end of a Resistance Encounter whenever the Flagellant is present.
